QuroMed was founded with a singular vision: to elevate the healthcare workforce experience by addressing the systemic gaps that too often undermine progress, engagement, and sustainability.
At its core, QuroMed is the result of two distinct but complementary perspectives — one from a physician who has navigated both urban and rural healthcare environments, deeply attuned to the challenges and emotional toll of clinical practice; and one from a workforce strategist and organizational psychologist, experienced in guiding large-scale people-focused transformation across complex industries.
Together, we recognized a recurring truth: healthcare is changing, but its workforce is being left behind in that transition. From artificial intelligence adoption to physicians' onboarding, organizations often focus on the technical implementation while overlooking the human infrastructure required to make those changes stick. Physicians and staff are being asked to do more, adapt faster, and deliver differently — without the right support.

Manavi brings experience advising Fortune 500 companies across various industries and sectors on complex, people-centered challenges.

In recent years, Manavi has led multiple enterprise-wide AI Integration and digital transformation initiatives, where she helped organizations prepare their teams, redesign workflows, and enable trust-based adoption of emerging technologies.

With a graduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she blends behavioral science with practical strategy to improve workforce performance, leadership alignment, and organizational culture.

Co-Founder
With firsthand experience practicing in both urban academic centers and rural community hospitals, our physician co-founder brings a grounded understanding of the realities clinicians face today — from administrative overload to cultural misalignment and resource constraints. Their journey through multiple care environments illuminated a recurring pattern: too often, physicians are expected to adapt to organizational change without being involved in shaping it.
This deep, lived insight fuels their commitment to improving the systems physicians work within — not just the roles they’re expected to perform. At QuroMed, they serve as both a clinical compass and an advocate for human-centered innovation in healthcare delivery.
